For this gin we dialled up the drier aspects of Portobello Road Gin and added some Gentian and some Rooibos tea, to make the ultimate “super dry” gin.

Distinct in flavour, this super dry gin is a welcome addition to any gin and tonic; or mix with La Quintinye Extra Dry vermouth and garnish with Sicilian lemon twist to craft the perfect extra dry martini.

NOSE: Not unlike Portobello Road Gin

PALATE: Juniper, pepper, citrus
