We take our English wheat spirit and redistill it in tiny batches with fresh horseradish and rosemary.

These two very distinctive flavours vie for domination resulting in complex & evolving spirit. The juxtaposition of the heat from the horseradish married with the herbaceous rosemary results in a intriguing and also rather delicious flavour.
